on-line pricing for all other historical inquiries. Wallace also
provides Estate
Evaluations on a mail in or FAX in basis for any users who prefer
this convenience over PC resident software. Providers of data in
the Wallace system are varied
and are widely considered to be leaders in the industry.
Estate Evaluation
Estate Evaluation is a powerful but elegant tax reporting
system in full compliance with Estate and Gift tax regulations
IRS 706 and 709. The comprehensive set
of specialty algorithms builds on mean valuations for over
3 million securities, weekend weightings, and inverse weightings.
Ex-dividends and dividend of
record calculations for all equities are included.
Quick Price
Quick Price is a single security pricing module. High, low, mean and closing prices are available on the powerful security lookup system. Valuations can be quickly accessed and viewed on the screen. Alternately, hard copy reports are also available. The pricing universe for Quick Price is the database contained on the CD.
Portfolio Appraisal
Portfolio Appraisal is a multiple security per portfolio pricing
module. Valuations are provided based on closing price; unlisted securities
are valued at the bid. The pricing universe is the same as Estate Evaluations.
Dividend Report
Dividend Report is a very unique and easy to use search tool
for listed dividends. The system will provide ex-date, record
date, pay date, and declared dividend amount. Search results can be viewed
on the screen,
or printed on a report. Coverage ranges over the full universe
of 40,000 securities on the CD ROM with approximately 18 months of history
available.
Split Report
Split Report is a quick way to check for stock splits. The
system will provide ex, record, and pay dates, and split
ratio. Coverage is the
same as dividend report: 40,000 securities on the CD ROM,
with approximately 18 month of history.
Features
Distribution
Distribution report contains
the same information as Estate Evaluations except for dividends
/ interest calcuations. This is a powerful tool for establishing
security value on the date of distribution.
Estate Evaluation Batch
Provides a method of pricing two or more estates.
Cost Basis
A powerful utility for quickly
determining capital gain / loss information where stock split
information are considered. The module can start with current
share quantity and calcualate the original shares with any
gain / loss. Alternately, the module can start with the original
shares and calculate the current shares with any gains or
loss.
